Just stayed here for the first time this past weekend after many years of my last stay. I took my husband on a mini getaway weekend from all our chaos at our home in Norfolk. I will say Brandon at the front desk was the best customer service person I have ever had to deal with. Kind, funny, caring and very understanding to my wants for this stay. We had the best time with the hot tub , 2 room suite and a beautiful view of the ocean from our 2 balconies. Sunset was beautiful and sunrise was breathtaking. One flaw I didn’t care for was the this particular type bed. Nice and big but one mattress on a wire bouncy frame. I do feel like hotel beds will never measure up to your own bed at home. So we dealt with it. Restaurants in the area were perfect! Doughboys across the street had phenomenal staff. Great drinks and friendly people. Will be coming back one day.

This is a hidden gem of a hotel/resort! Though a bit dated in decor (80's-90's), it has been very well maintained. Four Sails has a truly lovely vintage charm. Love the 2 balconies, the jacuzzi tub, and the staff was outstanding. The restaurant, Kitty's, is open for breakfast and lunch off season, and it was delicious. Warm and welcoming, thanks ya'll!

Very nice place to stay. The room was great. It was clean and right on the beach. Two balconies over looking the ocean. Staff was friendly. Elevator worked fine when I was there and parking garage is standard there was plenty of room unless you have an over sized vehicle. Toyota rav4 fit fine. The only complaint I have is for the 4 nights I stayed there was no hot water in the morning until about 7am. I get up early and would like to be able to have a hot shower before going out in the morning. They said boiler was replaced the day before my stay.. if it is not on a timer to turn off at night you may want to get it checked.

Nice place. Restaurant closes off season. Solarian Pool area is nice. But can be loud when kids are screaming. Rooms overlook the pool. Convenient location. Love the large jacuzzi bath. Place could use some renovations starting with stained carpet in elevator.
